There is talk that there is an unreleased Atari Jaguar shooter named “Native” coming to Dreamcast.

Super Laydock at shmups.com reports:

Thought I’d post this, but to be honest I am not convinced yet myself.
The elusive shmup of which only a demo for the Jaguar had been released, might just be ported and finished for the Dreamcast.

MAX, the owner of the Dreamcast scene and one of the people behind getting Border Down and some other games to the Dreamcast seems to know more than he’s able to tell now but in reply to questions on his involve he answers with a multi-interpretable “cough”, but when asked if the game sill be homebrew or commercial he answers with a clear: “both”.

If this is true (again, it’s still unclear and for now nothing more than a rumor)
this is the answer to prayers from a lot of shmuppers who saw the jaguar pics or played the short demo.

I’m always up for my 2D goodness on the Dreamcast. It seems like hints of more shooters just keep popping up.
