Guardian Heroes Confirmed for GBA US Release

All you US classic gamers that own a GBA can now rejoyce. Guardian Heroes for the Gameboy Advance has been confirmed for a United States release. Ubisoft has confirmed that it has signed the rights to publish Advance Guardian Heroes for Nintendo’s Game Boy Advance, with the publisher unable to decline the game after a groundswell of support from the hardcore gaming community.

The rework of Treasure’s classic 1996 Sega Saturn side-scrolling fighter will feature the beloved co-op and versus modes, along with three new characters and all-new levels.

The US version is expected to ship in September, the same time as the Japanese release. No word on any European release has reached us as yet. Stay tuned for updates.
