Vince Briel

Vince is probably best known for his work in creating the Replica 1, a fully functional replica of Apple’s first computer, the Apple 1.  Vince also operates Briel Computers.com, a website he uses to promote various retro computer hobby kits and projects.   Vince sat down to discuss why he was interested in creating a working Apple I kit, his interactions with Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, why gamers might be interested in the Apple kit, and what other projects he’s been working on.

David R. Foley

David worked on several classic 16-bit titles for the Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo in the early to mid 1990s (Chakan: The Forever Man, Amazing Spider-Man vs.The  Kingpin, B.O.B., etc.)  before moving into arcade hardware development.  He is currently the COO/CTO of Nanotech Entertainment.  David has won numerous industry awards for innovation and excellence, and in the interview he talked with David about some of his early titles, the challenges of working on the Genesis, what he’s done in the arcade industry, and what he thinks about the changes in games over the past 20 years.

J.J. Hendricks

J.J. Hendricks operates videogamepricecharts.com, a website dedicated to tracking the value of games for over 20 consoles by using the sale information found on sites such as eBay and the Amazon Marketplace.  J.J. also writes a very interesting  blog at VGPC, has bought and sold Nintendo World Championship cartridges, and is constantly innovating how we keep track of game values.  He speaks about all of these issues and more in this interview.
