that could be another POV but no one was saying this about Nicolas Cage one of my favorite actors although he seems to be doing the same character in each movie...not too much different from Arnold or Bruce style though.
Speaking of Die Hard, this is movie is amazingly off. Its considered a Christmas movie meanwhile its an action one. Usually movies tied to celebrations carry the same mood of what is celebrated like romantic movies during Valentine and Horror during Halloween. But action on Christmas, this movie did something no one else did I think. It was not even released on Christmas.

Good point, except I didn't know Gremlins is considered a Christmas movie. I have not seen it in decades

I am so out of touch from recent films that I didn't realize there is a new Batman movie out there. Which reboot is this? the 3rd?
Re: Movies Talk! Talkin' about movies!
Technically the 4th, if you count the Justice League stuff.

The fifth if you count the Adam West movie, and the sixth if you count the animated film!

I am against reboots, I see no reason for them unless some sort of new advancement in technology or something but people seem like they cant have enough of it. Like if they keep rebooting a trilogy every 5 years people will still go to theaters. I guess enough time has passed since the 1989 Batman so we are up for a reboot but the 2007 one I was much against it (even if it was good and entertaining and even if everyone loved the joker character).

Any recommendations for horror movies, like scary ones not gore or jump scares. Already saw 1408, Hereditary, babadook, the exorcist ...that is what i recall now from the obvious ones.

I’ll stick to, mostly, newer films:
The Blackcoat’s Daughter
Drag Me to Hell
The Changeling (1980)
The Innkeepers
It Follows
Pulse (2001)
The Ring
I’m sure there are a lot more!
