Someone knows what's this Saturn board for?

Hi everyone,
I saw this item, what does it do?
The seller told me it was a Model 1 genuine part, but I won't see where this fits?!?

Looks to me like a Video CD card for Saturn. If I'm correct, that means it goes in the back of the Saturn above the battery slot. I'm not an expert on the subject, but you can find more info here:
