Syd Mead's Terraforming

A solid effort, fantastic graphics that aren't matched up with suitable gameplay.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: the Hyperstone Heist

A good effort for what it is but it could have been better if it were a completely original title rather than a slapdash of reused assets.

Burning Rangers

A flawed gem that could do with a remake. Technically impressive what they got out of the Saturn but they pushed it too far.

Rendering Ranger R2

One of the most technically impressive games of the 16-bit era that is also a fantastic game to boot. Its an absolute crime that it will probably never be re-released.

Crazy Taxi

A great and timeless game in the same vein as Tony Hawk and one of the Dreamcast's best titles. Sega knocked it out of the park with this one.

Shadow Hearts

Post by sayewonn »

Shadow Hearts came out of left field to become one of my favorite RPG series from that era. Its rough around the edges and a bit juvenile at times but is still charming as hell and the judgement ring makes battles incredibly fun and active. Sadly probably hard to find now but worth it.

A missed opportunity in some respects but still a great game overall.

Sega's former mascot goes out with a whimper and not a bang. There is nothing to see here, move along.

Not a good game, at all. This one has been forgotten by history for a reason.

Mission Impossible

A great late NES game that is often overlooked. Excellent use of teamwork and high production values as was the standard for Konami at the time. Hard as hell but worth the time you will put into it.
