I would be all over that if it were real.

They only play nine notes anyway, so the button layout could be quite authentic.

Um, I'm guessing it's fake. There is no publisher or developer logo's on the front of the box shown in the image and the ps2 to the left has "get your gleam on" written in the description. I feel like I'm taking it too seriously and maybe it is an obvious joke, but just thought I'd point that out.
