Famous Video game quotes?

I was thinking about games and their comparison to other popular media, and I got thinking about how films, books and music all have famous lines that have become ingrained into out collective consciousness.
If I were to say 'Have you seen this boy?' then most people would know what I was on about, same as if I started talking about a Royale with cheese and mayo on the fries. I don't really have any examples from books since I don't read, and there are too many famous song lines mention as music and memory have an odd relationship.
So, are there any really famous quotes from video games? I know that somebody is going to shout 'Do a barrel roll!', followed by 'All your base are belong to us' but that isn't really what I'm after. I'm thinking along the lines of a character saying something profound or inspirational, or very funny.
I remember enjoying listening to Max Payne's subdued mutterings as I went thru the games, but I never really took any notice of what he was saying. It was just a noise that added to the ambiance nicely. Travis in NMH has some great lines, and The Prince in the Sands of Time has some good lines, especially when he moaning about Farah. I think those monologues show how immature the Prince is and really made me smile.
However, none of the above examples are good enough for me to be able to remember them well enough to quote them, never mind have people in the pub recognize what I was talking about.
