I like Street fighter Alpha 2, Guilty Gear, BlazBlue, Tales series, and various others. I really like the anime style art. What games saturn, dreamcast or 360 have that kinda art?

Ninja Gaiden (NES), Sonic CD, Astyanax, Ys series, Popful Mail... there are a LOT of games with anime-esque art of some kind.

Anime isn't really an art style per se though...

The Dragon Quest series' artwork and character designs were done since the beginning by Akira Toriyama, the creator of Dr. Slump and Dragon Ball.
