WTB Longbox Virtua Fighter Remix & Rayman Demo

by synbiosfan Sun May 02, 2010 9:12 am

I'm looking for the longbox version of Virtua Fighter Remix #81023 & the Rayman Demo #610-6164 for the US Saturn. Complete would be ideal but if the #'s match the disc I'd take loose versions.

I already have the not for resale and promo copies of VFR so please check the number before contacting me.

Thanks for looking!

I don't believe there is a longbox version of Virtua Fighter Remix.

VFR was a promotional giveaway to Saturn owners who had registered their consoles with Sega as an apology for the poor quality of the original port of VF they received.

But they didn't sell it later by itself later at one point? I thought I saw pictures of a VFR longbox once upon a time...

EDIT: I looked it up on ebay, and a couple of copies had a stock photo of what appears to be a manual from a long box copy. So maybe the manual for the game was like a standard manual, but the case might have been the sleeve or something.

Nope, I own the jewel case version and it has the appropriate PS1 style jewel case manual.

V.F. Remix was in a standard jewel or double jewel case. It came with a manual but it was small to fit inside the jewel case. For the double jewel case it did come packed in a outer sleeve that was similar in size to the standard long box (or at least the european version did). Im pretty sure there wasn't a release of V.F. Remix in the long box at all.
I haven't slept for ten days, because that would be too long.

Looks to be damn scarce though, I cant find much other info on it.
