Darkwing Duck

I was late to the party on this one but then again it was late coming to the NES. The game is basically Mega Man 5 with a Disney skin which means it is excellent. Highly underrated.

Forgotten Worlds

I used to love this game back in the day but looking back at it now this is a highly condensed port. Still decent but not as awesome as I remembered.

Super R-Type

An oldie but a goodie. The slowdown is embarrassing but I still enjoyed the hell out of this one. Love that god damn soundtrack.

Faxanadu

I remember wanting to play this so badly. The cover art reminded me of Zelda (probably deliberate on Nintendo's part) and although it took a little while I felt it was worth it. A truly great game and one of the better action rpgs on the NES.
