k... we still need a 2D fighter. So what's one that was released on a lot of different platforms?

We could do a rhythm game. Um... Space Channel 5 was on DC, PS2 and GBA? Or maybe there's another that covered more consoles?

Did we ever do a FPS? Maybe XIII which was on GC, PS, XB and PC? Something like that?

um... c'mon people!

2D fighter? Street Fighter Alpha/Zero series?
I like 2, but I'm guessing 3 has the most ports.

Clayfighter was on the NES and Genesis, it's on the Virtual Console, and it also had 2 sequels on the N64.

We've already done a ton of games that don't have widespread ports - probably half of the series or more is of games with two ports or less:

Snatcher
Nights
Toe Jam and Earl
Punch Out
Xenogears
Kid Icarus
Ristar
Solar Jetman
RC Pro Am
Diablo II

Clayfighter has more ports than any of these, I believe. I know we've brought it up before in conversation, too (Ack supported it, for one).

Besides, shouldn't we base the rest of the 2010 calendar on the list people may have been purchasing from already:

Later:
MUSHA - Genesis/Megadrive, Wii
MULE - AtariPC, NES, PC
Spy Hunter - Arcade, NES, Arcade Collections

Those all seem like good picks...

I think they were trying to increase participation by doing games with widespread ports, UNLIKE some of the titles picked in the past. BUT if enough people like yrself would get involved and voiced their opinions on Clayfighter (or any other game) then let the majority speak...

Great - firefox crash took out my big post.

MULE is on hold - A buddy of mine is on the inside track for SpaceMULE and once that is the same experience we will do that title
the other two are vert shmups.

I am fine with either fighter, but I think the question that needs to be asked is what is the word on that Clayfighter remake? If it is supposed to come out this year, it wins, if not Street Fighter it is.
