The reason that most of the sites listed no longer work is that almost a decade has passed since they were posted.

Personally, I am a big fan of the Internet Archive since they have a DMCA exemption for archival purposes in the USA:

I used Emuparadise for a couple years and really enjoyed it. Should've downloaded the full Nintendo set. Need to go find those soon. I've cherry picked historically to keep me focused.

I use ISOzone for disc based.

I wish Emuasylum was still around. Neoromcollector was a great one. Black cats Games was great but hard to get into, dead site now. Any recommendations for games torrent sites up to ps3 era?

I'm giving up current disc gen games, they take up room space. octopath traveler better come out for PS4 or Pc. I don't want to buy Nintendo switch until a revision model comes out with with an extra boost.

For torrents I think Pleasuredome is the place, but I suggest you read a tutorial or guide... I'm not a fan of ratio sites myself tho your main needs are often freeleech.
I sometimes search Magnetdl with a hefty ublock origin filter buff, but no matter what, public torrents are weak and slow unless they're current and popular.
Blackcats - That was one I never got close except being mocked as a n00b for trying. I only wanted one unobtainable game that I knew was seeded only there.

You'll be grieved to hear the news as of late about TIZ. I am still reeling from it for the last few days.
Lament with me on the other thread, I've not the heart to make my own topic:

So where is my best bet for disc ISO, bin/cues, etc for CD based games? Not really looking for full sets, just cherry picking CD based games up through PS2/oXbox at times but also PS1, Sega CD, Turbo CD.

Looks like Cool ROMS is still a go for Atari, Sega, & Sony.

Nintendo & Turbo missing.
