So, anyone pick this up yet? Thoughts? I'll be grabbing this for the PS3.

I don't have it yet but I want it SO bad solely for online competition. I've been hearing some of the top players complain of PSN port in terms of arcade accuracy and speed. I don't what the issue may be that's causing this on PSN and not XBL but I'm looking into it.

[Edited thread title to keep this thread relevant]

So I got it for the PSN.

It is awesome. It has rejuvenated my love for Marvel vs Capcom. I never liked the second and I really didn't like the third game. This is literally the definitive version of (what I think) was the peak of the Marvel vs Capcom franchise.

Anyone else have it?

I've only dabbled with that a bit but I can say that it's a ten fold improvement over existing (non-mame) versions of the game.

I don't doubt that but thanks for the tip nonetheless. Although I heard the PSN port has an issue where the game speed cannot be set to turbo during online versus.

I've heard the same but from what I understand, it was a deliberate choice. I'd make sure the XBLA version doesn't have the same "feature" if that matters to you.

Actually it does matter a great deal to me. and if it was deliberate, than the XBLA version should also suffer from this (which doesn't).
People on PSN have already pointed out this issue to CAPCOM and Iron Galaxy. The said they'll look into it with regards to patching it so it doesn't sound like a deliberate choice to me (well maybe it was by the dev or Capcom but it shouldn't).
