I would like to try out the Galaxy Fraulein games but I am not fluent in Japanese so I probably wont be able to understand too much of it.

Well, I'm certainly not fluent, but I've studied enough of the language to slowly make sense of video games. I use the kanji dictionary on my DS to figure out words I don't know. Of course, this prevents me from trying to play Japanese DS games, unless I get two DSes.
