There's a ton of other games that happen to have a PS4/X1 port that probably is technically the best version, but haven't received significant upgrades or added content. (Minecraft, Terraria, Guacamelee, etc.)

Dishonored got a recent definitive editon for both platforms. Not a huge upgrade but still belongs on the list.
