He really was. I had nothing but respect for him and his passion for the hobby.

Wow. . .

I will miss him greatly.

One of the sharpest members on here; always providing top-notch insight. I learned a lot just from his posts. This news is gut-wrenching. Rest in peace, buddy. Damn.

Best wishes to his family, and friends.

Breetai has always been one of my favorite members here. This is really sad news. I'm just kind of stunned. He was just posting the other day, and now never again. That's hard to believe. I don't know much of his life outside of this forum, but he was always a big part of what makes this place special. I'm very saddened by this news, but thank you TrevorF for letting us know. He will be missed.

Wow. What sad, sad news.

Breetai was certainly our resident PCE expert, but much more than that he was an active participant in almost every corner of this forum for the past 4+ years. None of us "always" have something interesting and insightful to say, but Blake was someone who had a VERY high ratio of HIGH QUALITY posts on a wide variety of subjects, and I know that many of us regularly would anticipate reading his thoughts on anything from import buying to politics. This is a tragic and powerful loss for us :(

TrevorF, do you know anything about where we could send flowers/donations/other thoughts to his family? I know it is too late to shift the charity auction for this year, but I'd bet we could rally a nice donation to pop into a college-fund or some such for his daughter.

I can't think of a single post from Breetai that wasn't aimed at helping someone or about gaming in general. He always contributed to this forum and anytime I would see his name next to a new post I read it. I'm lucky and happy to say that I was able to interact with him here at Racketboy.

I didn't even want to ask, but oh wow. :(

That's just... I can't even think of anything to say.
