Well, I bought my Dreamcast in February from Sega-Parts and within a week or two the battery that maintains the time and date crapped out. A quick e-mail to them and they sent me a new battery (instead of having me send the unit back to them) and it's been working fine for some time now. Pretty good service and a pretty good price ($55) for a brand new Dreamcast.
Some of their other prices may not be the lowest, but if there is any problem with a control pad or VMU they will make it right unlike some ebay sellers you may run into. Just a thought.
However, there are still a lot of new in the box items available on ebay for reasonable prices too, so shop around.
