Probably because the cartridge slot on the Saturn is terrible.

I have a copy of Super Tempo for sale if you want. :)

Shin Shinobi Den (I think it's called Shinobi Legends in North America) is good.
Johnny Bazookatone is another.
There's the Sonic Jam pack, with Sonic 1, 2, 3&Knuckles. It has the ONLY version of Sonic 1 where you can spin dash.
Silhouette Mirage is really fun and innovative.
Rayman is on the Saturn.
Earthworm Jim 2 is on the Saturn (really!).
Psychic Assassin Taromaru is an obvious choice if you want to spend $300+ on a Saturn game.

That's the only other ones I can think of off the top of my head that haven't been listed here.

Now buy Super Tempo from me!

Unless you have a sega cd and you burn Sonic Megamix. It lets you play sonic 1 as 4 or 5 different characters. Most of which can spindash. . . or do other stuff.

Hey, that is cheating! Fan-made games don't count!!!

Thought Megamix was all original levels?

Super Tempo is kinda cool. Didn't get quite into it the first time. Played it a couple of times, and is there a save feature for the game?

It's based on Sonic 1 so they included the entire original game as well.

Considering that you couldn't name a lot of platformers, and are all the sudden claiming to have bought a very difficult to find import game that usually goes for high prices (I've seen it for $300), I call bullshit on you.
