FWIW, they have been doing better about getting some stuff shipped out quickly. I ordered the Castlevania Advance Collection in late July and it just shipped. Persona 3 Portable pre-orders just closed and it is shipping in December. These are all standard editions though. Collectors edition still vary wildly depending what is included.
