Most of the fan art of World of Warcraft is pretty awesome. Not too retro, though, but still awesome. And there's usually some Diablo in the middle, which is way more retro :)

Love the Sonic De Amigo pic -- it's very energetic.

And now I know why Sega lost to Nintendo... Where Sonic is kicking Mario, there is nothing to hurt.
