Re: Let's Name the Top 100 Sci-Fi/Fantasy Films Together
wow! this thread is almost to 100!
I was thinking during work about what movies to put and now I can only put one.
I was thinking about putting "Earth Girls Are Easy"
But I think Ron Howard's movie Cocoon is a more serious affair.
Lets make 100 something good!

This list to be expanded to 101 to include Forbidden Planet. Shame on you all. And with Leslie Nielsen's recent death no less!

Awesome, you have a knack for picking some of the same movies I have in my head. I was deciding between that and Superman in my last post. Would you say it was better than X-Men First Class?

Or 150. Hell, we didn't even get to Sam Raimi's Spider-Man movies, the Hellboy movies, Schwarzenegger's Conan, The Last Starfighter and who knows what else.

That's a good question. I'm not sure. Before First Class came out, then I would have said X2, without a doubt, is the best X-Men movie. Magneto was such a bad ass in First Class and it had some great style. But X2 had such a great story, too. Both had incredible special effects and gave us cool mutants.

Really? This should fall under family, or at least comedy. It's not sci-fi.
