I finally managed to beat the first two levels without dying but the boss on the third stage completely destroys me. I'm overall having an extremely hard time with this game, to think that this thing is eight stages (on the arcade version at least) just makes me sad.

Last minute entry! Big improvement for me, well pleased with this. I've had mixed feelings with this game, I've found it really hard going, (as I'm rubbish at shumps), but tonight's play was a present, it was all worth it in the end

There really isn't any difference between the ports

Well, apart from the fact that the arcade version has instant respawn, whereas some of the ports have checkpoints. That's a pretty big difference!

I haven't had a chance to get a run in this month, so see you all next year/tomorrow.
