Chaos Field - High Score Thread

I love Chaos Field. Our own Crabmaster2000 introduced it to me, describing it as Shadow of the Colossus in space. And it kind of is. Not to mention it's got a phenomenal soundtrack. I just got my PS2 copy in today, so I'm dying to make a high score thread for it.

Well, I don't like this game much at all, but Milestone is great! Perhaps I'll get some Radirgy, Radirgy Noa, or Illvelo threads going eventually.

Chaos Field is another one of those that I just though was crazy-hard when I wasn't "in to" shmups. That was on GCN.

Now I have the DC version and will give it some play...

Just to clarify...we are playing "arcade mode" correct?

Any scores yet? I'm hitting third area (if you want to call it that) but my score is just over 2mil (not even top 5 in the default hi-scores). I have no idea what a combo is?...anyone?
