Best Street Fighter 3: Third Strike
What would be the most arcade perfect translation of Street Fighter 3: Third Strike? I own the dreamcast version, but I have heard from some faqs out there that Hugo is missing a couple of frames of animation that can potentially throw off an arcade player's rhythm.
According to srk the Street Fighter Anniversary Collection for either PS2 or Xbox is the way to go:
It also mentions, though, that it's debatable which is better. The Xbox seems too fast and the PS2 seems to slow.
Today, the Playstation 2 and Xbox versions of the game are widely considered the tournament standard since those two versions are very close ports of the original arcade game.

I have the DC and Playstation versions and the PS2 version wins hands down. Maybe because my SF Anniversary stick is for PS2 . The pacing seems a little slower than the DC version even but I think it is more accurate to the arcade standard. Parry's come off clean on the PS2 version for me where DC seems harder.
