Don't know if this was already mentioned, but it's not just Capcom's Marvel games that are getting taken down. All of Activision's Marvel games are being delisted as well. (Might already be so.)

If Activision couldn't keep the license, Capcom sure as hell had no chance.

Personally, I think this is part of Disney's takeover of Marvel.

But what of MvC Origins? Did that also get pulled?

Well this sucks, good thing I've got hard copies of most of these. There needs to be some better way of handling licenses when it comes to digital distribution gaming.

Anyone who had previously bought the games digitally still has access to them, can redownload them, etc. The real story, IMO, will come if/when that content (and others, regardless of content licensing agreements) is removed even for past purchasers...

So far, with stuff like Outrun Online and the Turtles in Time remake, that hasn't been the case.

Everything, literally everything.

MvC:O, MvC2, UMvC3, X-Men Arcade, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, the Spider-Man games, literally everything.

No. And as I already said, they did not pull UMvC3 for Vita either.
