I'll get it eventually. It looks pretty fun, but the lack of modes and characters is off putting.

Still playing through story mode in Continuum Shift Extend. I think I've spent nearly 10 hours on it so far. And now I actually don't totally suck. I just kind of suck. Can 1CC arcade mode and Astral Finish everyone finally. :)

Got it. Willing to play whenever. (Will probably get the XBL version soon enough.)

I might buy this on faith. I'm guessing 99.9% of the forum folk are playing the PSN version as per the norm? I really don't care either way, as long as I have some people other than strangers to play with. Are you guys still experiencing lag on PS3? This reminds me of SSFIIHD Remix & Third Strike. Silky smooth on LIVE, and stuttering menus and occasionally partially out-of-sync audio on PSN.

Add me to the Skullgirls list too.

How has everyone's online interactions been?

Today was my first day online, and I gotta say, it was quite daunting. Everybody either made it apparent they practiced, or chose Double and spammed keep away.

But finally, I ran into a guy who played up close and personal, and we went at it for a good hour and a half, match after match, and even though he won the majority, it was the funnest session for a fighting game I've had in a while.

Anyone still playing this? Online is really empty right now. My PSN is Concentric-Rind if anyone wants to play.

not at all.

Skullgirls is really really floaty. More like Arcana Heart or something like that. Only not as good. I don't know, I was really excited about Skullgirls, but the small roster, super floaty feel and horrible netcode made me bored with it quick. I know the roster is supposed to be expanded via DLC at some point, and maybe the PC version has better netcode (maybe the console netcode has been patched since release, don't know).

I saw some advertisement for this game a while back. I actually haven't looked too much into it since then. If I decide to, should I pick this up for PC or PS3?
