It would if Mages releases it via DLC. Anywho no one knows exactly but it looks like there will be a title update for the game on release.

Cool. I would love a few more characters. Unfortunately my buying new characters on the Japanese release will probably cost as much as the US game, haha. Perhaps I should get a US 360 too.

They're quite affordable these days especially compared to the competition (a lot retailers are usually bundle them with $50+) If you look out for deals which happen frequently, I would recommend it :)

Hmm, another anime fighting game complete with generic art design and a predominantly female cast. These games are a dime a dozen.

Indeed. I'm not going to try to get anyone's hopes up and say it's an incredible game. However, I have more fun with Phantom Breaker than either Marvel vs Capcom 3 or Super Street Fighter IV. :P But character animation is about 5x better in those games.

Yeah i'm not expecting too much in that regard. Isn't the game essentially doujin?

Looks like the US publisher just released a video concerning the new update 1.02. As i predicted the game is getting a re-balance but also getting it's online features improved as well!

so you guys still like/play this game? The reviews I read weren't too stellar, but I'm still kind of interested.

Is there a demo available? Feel free to try it out, if so. I think it's a fun game to play with people that aren't really into fighting games because it is relatively easy for them to compete because of how the system works and how simple it is.

That said, it is far from a stellar game. Still, could be much worse. Certainly not a competitive level fighter.
