y would it be lock its not racist or anything. Just a question who said having darker tanner skin is negatory. Also asians come in range of colors and skin is determine on the environment and traits.

My understanding is that Gouken and Gouki are Japanese. Gouki/Akuma allowed himself to become possessed by a demon so that he could perform the raging demon technique. The technique is said to kill the person who uses it. His possession allows him to use it without dying. Gouki/Akuma obviously possesses abilities beyond the natural realm (of even the Street Fighter universe) and is more powerful than his playable version. He appears to tone down his violent moves as he is a generally fair fighter simply looking for a good match.
His bright red hair, lack of pupils and dark skin tone are probably a result of his possession. His physical appearance resembles demons from Japanese lore. I doubt the skin tone is natural.
