Favorite SNK Fighting Series?

You know my only problem with KoF? KoF '94. I am determined to beat it and have yet to do so. I've been trying for two years now, ever since I first downloaded it from the Wii VC and discovered the world outside of Street Fighters.

How can anything be so hard?

i want to say KOF, but Fatal Fury is what got me into SNK Fighting.

Finally beat KOF '94 for the first time. I'm ashamed to say I had to put it on easy and use the Art of Fighting team to get to the end credits. I don't think I'm going to bother with '94 again. It's just too damn hard.

Just started KOF '95 and I'm already liking what I see. The difficulty curve is more fair. The ability to edit teams is awesome! Is there any downside to doing that, though?

This is a no brainier for me since my first foray into SNK fighting games was Samurai Shodown. This is my first love when it comes to SNK made.

I love Samurai Shodown, since I am a big fan of samurai in general.
In addition, I love KOF, with KOF XI as my favorite game in the series due to its roster and tons of extras.

My favorite SNK franchise, hands down, Garou Densetsu Fatal Fury! Got started at the arcades, grew up on the Takara SNES/Super Famicom carts and own all the Saturn and Dreamcast imports. I still love those stinkin' OAVs and the animated movie too, lol. Fatal Fury hosts my favorite cast of characters and settings out of all fighters, with Tekken and Soul Calibur following closely behind.

Hard to say. I discovered Fatal Fury & AoF about the same time. I'll give it to Fatal Fury. Especially the Real Bout series; top notch fighters. Plus, Terry Bogard is one of my top 5 fighting game characters ever.
