Dreamcast games have been released as xbox live "arcade" games. The article did not specifically mention Project Justice. There may still be hope! I prefered the Dreamcast game personally and would welcome a remake for the Xbox 360.

Good thing I have a copy for ps1. I believe Capcom is experiencing a similar issue for the Mega man Legends series.
