So out of curiosity I just picked this thing up from a seller in Spain and I'm wondering if anyone can help me identify exactly what it is. I know what it isn't. Despite the label it isn't a Timetop Gameking, which is freaking me out as the Gameking's existence was inexplicable enough without the thought that someone was attempting to copy or clone it!
I've done a quick teardown on it for my blog here:

If anyone can translate the Chinese characters or help me out with where this was sold and marketed, or give an opinion on the 'cartridge' and how I might access the other four games then I'd love to hear from the Racketboy hive mind.
Need help identifying this handheld.

The four Chinese characters do not have particular meaning:
The first 2 characters combined together means "new idea"
The last 2 characters mean "toy"
Basically, it's the characters represent the company/manufacturer that made the system. I hope this helps

Just did more research on the "意新玩具' company for you. It turns out to be a company based in Canton, China. Here is the website:

Notice some of their products start with YX. YX-2060:

Thanks for this. This is really informative as it rules out this being a Timetop product...although doesn't quite solve the mystery of the Gameking clone casing. it would be interesting to see the packaging. Someone on my blog has said they have one and that a second controller plugged into the "slaver" port.
It's interesting that the company went back to producing those "Street Overload" pop stations as the technology on this device is much nicer than those things and more in line with the GameKing or this other device I reviewed:
