Ehh NGX wins on the portability angle. I suppose you could make an argument for a PSP2k/3k hacked firmware and a decent sized memory stick for it. Though on this very site if that proposed handheld gets funded/developed that thing would be a beast and easily handle the NeoGeo stuff and comfortably well with the form factor of the device.

i thought the Thread starter was going to be sitting down in front of a TV , i can vouch with my PSP's i use a cheap Memory Stick Pro Duo adapter and a 16GB Sandisk Micro SD Card much cheaper than the official Memory Stick Pro Duo by Sony.

might want to avoid the PSP 3000 models as their screen looks better than 1000/2000's but apparently have some weird lines running across them
