It's Japan-only so it has to be imported from Play-Asia (or bought on EBay), but this sucker is a device like the Retro N5 that plays a bunch of different games. It can play NES, SNES, Genesis, GB, GBC, GBA titles and their Japanese equivalents just like the Retro N5. What sets it apart is that it's the first system that's also capable of playing TG-16. PC-Engine, and PC-Engine Super titles.

For $200 you get the "Premium" one which is the original one but it comes with an adapter to use the original system controllers. The emulation if it's like the Retro N5 won't be 100% since it's software-based, but hopefully firmware updates will flesh it out.

Personally I'm waiting a bit to see how the emulation is for the TG-16, PC-Engine and Super PC games is. If that emulation is good then I'll happily drop the $200 for it.
