Metal Slug X, probably. I've beat them all, and 2 was the series' peak, I think. It had the best soundtrack too.

They had another nifty puzzler -- only released on NeoGeo Pocket -- Puzzle de Pon, I think it was called. It probably received the most play from me -- at least as far as that little system was concerned.

I reckon Sengoku 3's one of the better games on the Neo. It's even better than most Capcom beat em ups..IMHO.
