So I tried a new idea today...playing/editing several things in real time and then picking up the sound with a mic as the recorded mix into my laptop. I took a picture to give folks an idea of what the setup looks like:

A Flash of Light

I'm not too sure on this one yet. I think it's still unfinished... The actual music side of things (which is only one motif looped) was written in minutes, but I spent hours and hours trying to develop the sound I was going for. I changed it a number of times. I don't know if I'm satisfied with what I got in the end and it might need more work. The original plan was also to built to a massive crescendo, which I then changed my mind on and decided to build to a more synth-y/bladerunner-esque sound before using that to fade out. Now I'm not so sure on it.
