Man, I've got tons of respect for you going further than I ever have. I honestly haven't done much beyond dabble with RPG Maker back in the day.

What'd you use to make your music with? I know you're using Multimedia Fusion for the gameplay, which I've seen used for some pretty massive projects (I believe Valdis Story uses it, for one).

Anyway, you know I'm interested, but I totally get the burnout factor, too. Maybe just step away from it for a bit, then come back when you're a little more refreshed. You might even have some great ideas for it in the interim. :D

Well, you never know. I don't know how many people pop into this part of the board, anyway. :( Don't get discouraged! While it's nice to have folks validate your work, it's hard oftentimes to even get it noticed. Artists have struggled with this for years, where skill-wise, they're just as talented as more popular artists, but they have no name recognition. It just takes some skill and the right breaks. So don't think that something you do isn't worth it just because folks don't notice it right off.

Hey.

Major props for getting this far. I'm not sure you are "advertising" this in the best place. I wish I had more free time to help in this, it sounds interesting to me.
I'm a big fan of procedural generation, at least in theory; in practice it, well, depends a lot on how well it is implemented.

In this day and age with so many entertainment options available and so little discretionary time it is hard to get interest in anything. I'm also unsure what you are going for, is the aim to release this as freeware?
Could you grab some free-use tracks to use at least as place holders (or ask a someone like another RB member to use some of their own tracks in the game, we have some members making retro-sounding synth music)?
