I don't remember where I heard about it, but I found the using a spare NES cart case works great for holding loose GBA games. You can put roughly 9-10 in flat, and it is thick enough to stack two carts on top of each other. With the case closed, you can see all the games on one side, then flip the case over to see the other 10 games underneath:
