It's probably better and easier to play one of the PC versions, V2 (not really many players) or more popularly Blue Burst. Private servers like Schthack and Ultima have remained popular. It's not exactly the same as playing on the Dreamcast but it's a much smaller headache and there are hundreds more people who play this way. Very few put in the extra effort to get it working on the DC these days.

The only problem is while Blue Burst has a lot more content including Episodes II and IV it's also a lot different as a game. It's still PSO though.

well i used your patch disk now when it try to get online i get the error
ISP information not found
no isp information could be found on your dreamcast to play pso you need to have an internet service provider (isp)

does this mean my dreamcast isnt working with my internet?

I'm not sure how the BBA works. With dialup you need to get a free internet provider like Juno to get it set up.

I'm not positive of this, but I do believe that you need to use the Web Browser 3.0 or Dream Passport 3 disc to set-up / surf with the BBA.
