King Of Fighters Maximum Impact (2nd Disc DVD)
King Of Fighters 98 Ultimate Match (2 Disc 2 Case Two Games)

nope.

KOF: Max Impact -- 2 discs, each in their own case in a box. First disc is the game, 2nd disc is a bonus DVD.

KOF 98 UM: 2 discs, 1 case. 2nd disc is Wallpapers, etc.

Is this one Custom Packaging or additional levels or a bonus DVD?

Updated the OP list, did I enter them right?
^has bonus DVD content about the series. Not sure if it's on a bonus disc, or just added to first disc like they did with the 2005 Championship Edition.

Thought of another one, there's a Tony Hawk American Wasteleand LE that has bonus vids and retro levels.

I have that Tony Hawk Collectors Edition, Maybe madden 07 is similar with the bonus content on one disc? Updated the list:

Madden 07 Hall of Fame Edition (Custom Cover Extra Content)
Tony Hawk American Wasteland Collectors Edition (Nonskid Cover Extra Content)

--------------------------

From the OP, there are now four Generic Covers: Which store did they come from?

1. Yellow (Twist Metal) - ?
2. Green (Katamari Damacy) - ?
3. Blue (Kim Possible) - ?
4. Blue (Sky Odyssey) - ?

I forgot about different regions sometimes having more features. By all means add any you can think of.

I'll start with two:

Alien Hominid PAL Release (Extra Content)
This one gained some user made levels in the PDA game. Also an additional multiplayer level.

ICO PAL Release (DVD instead of CD Extra Content)
Extra Unlocks when the game is completed. play as Yorda and find some new items. See my TEAM ICO signature link.

I updated the Game List in the OP.

Any more guesses on the Generic Covers in the OP?

No fully correct answers yet. The first Blue Cover on the top right is not Hollywood video. I can't believe nobody got that one right.

However JT might be right on the Yellow cover. I am not positive on the 1st Yellow and Second Blue covers, but both do say "Pre-Played". Got to be from the same source. I do know the Hollywood Video side of Game Crazy would have identical to original front covers and a custom instruction on the back cover, in blue. Not sure what Game Crazy did for games traded in without cases.

@ JT are you positive on the Yellow one? I am really trying to find out about these, damn curiosity. If so, then maybe a good bet the second Blue cover is also Game Crazy? But why the different color, perhaps a newer one or a Blockbuster version? Or maybe a Play n Trade, although I have never been to one myself.

I live in the states and am very close to a complete usa release collection ..... as for multiple disc games there were hundreds....

as for the generic cases...not sure on that one....but I do know that Game Crazy changed its litho inserts from pink blue and green to this lame art drawn litho where you would get an Xbox game case with Mario drawn on it or Katamari Damacy on a GameCube artwork...they were very lame and just tried to mimic the Gamestop way of doing things the best they could before they went out of business for good!
