lol

Now that I've been months away from my CV replay... I can honestly say I don't hate it and it was kind of fun. There's just some really weird things in that game that irk me a lot. Not sure I'd replay it again... but it's RE... so I probably will again someday... as always... Capcom fever.

CV, Zero, and RE3 aren't the best, but anyone who hasn't played them needs to.

It would be nice to get the DC/PC ports of RE2/RE3 around.

Finally, we can all follow through on our mad Leon Kennedy crushes from over a decade ago. Resident Evil 4: Otome Edition is a fan-made visual novel told from Ashley Graham’s perspective, tracing her adventure from kidnapping to crushing hard on Kennedy (and, surprise, some cultists). Using screenshots from the game, plus some original art and UI elements, Ashley narrates the early moments of Resident Evil 4, coloring old experiences in a goofy light.

my wife and I played the first episode of Revelations 2 today. I played Rev2 when it was first released (solo) but never finished it. Having said that - I actually loved it back then. I felt like it was a really interesting game with the two players mechanic and actually feels like a solid throwback to earlier (pre-4) entries. And yet I must say the game REALLY glows when played co-op. It is so much more interesting to have human teamwork rather than switching characters a la RE0.

The thing I liked about Rev 2's partner was your partner was unique and seemed designed from the get-go to work well in single player. In 5 it was just someone to occasionally take pot shots and use up all your good ammo.

I agree totally. And I enjoyed Rev2 in single player. But I'm enjoying it more co-op.

On the contrary, I think 5 is really only good in co-op. Pretty meh in single player.

Not when you give Sheva the sniper and then an infinite ammo magnum. I got the platinum solo, it's totally doable.

Did you beat RE7 yet?
