Age of Empires 2. Yeah, I know, but still. I played with a friend online and I never could beat him, his tactics were just better than mine and I was no noob. But yeah, RTS genre can be very generic in a bad way.

I'm not a big fan of RTS games, but I really liked Grimgrimoire. I remember it having enjoyable strategy, but I am not an RTS expert.
