Super Hexagon High Score Thread

My current high score is 27.05 seconds survived inside the Hexagon. It shouldn't take you guys too long to topple me, but I'm curious to see how good people can get at this game. I've watched a few youtube vids that blow my mind.

Now I'm up to 49.49 seconds.

Somehow almost half the people with this game have completed the Hexagon stage. I wonder if it runs slower on their computers than mine. :/

YES! I beat the Hexagon level!

New high score: 69:36 seconds survived in the hexagon!

I'm now moving on to the Hexagoner stage.

It's fucking hard . I got to level 3 in basic Hexagon.

I beat the second level! I ended with 65.50 seconds total in the Hexagoner level.

I've tried all the levels harder than that (except the last one that I haven't unlocked), and so far I can't survive for more than 12-16 seconds in any of them. The difficulty of this game is insane.

I'm playing the iPad version and can barely get past 35 seconds!

However, my buddy Pete Dorr has beat level 1 and 2 I believe. The game is incredibly hard, but addictive.

Here's video of Terry Cavanaugh (the game's developer) beating Super Hexagon on the hardest setting (Hyper Hexagonist) on stage. It doesn't seem like this should be humanly possble to me. I'm trying to get there though. I survived the first Hexagon level for 75 seconds today, and the 2nd level for 63 seconds. I'm on the path if I can just train my reflexes to be a little faster and twitchier.

I think this is the only game I've played in the last month. Granted I've been busy and this is a game you can play for a 5 minute break, but I'm not even playing the other short term games I have.

I'm up to 26.32 seconds on the 3rd level and 30.51 on level 4. I think I'm starting to reach the limits of my reflexes. This game requires such speed and precision. I don't know how much more I can improve before I just hit a wall.

I'm trying to get through Hexagonest right now. I keep choking just shy of 30 seconds. It's really tough to turn off the brain and just play on instinct, but I find that works best.
