I'm gonna play the Goonies 20th Anniversary game today, this topic just reminded me that I never did finish it.

I don't know if you'd call them remakes, but there's Gradius V and Thunder Force VI for the Ps2.

I haven't actually played a lot of the arcade classics from the golden age in the 70s-early 80s but I love to play PAC-Man championship edition. I had a lot of fun with this one even that time I can play this game whole day.
