The Umihara Kawase series, especially if you're into Bionic Commando-style grappling. For that matter, Bionic Commando is awesome... I really liked the PS3 remake too.

The traditional 2D rayman games are the first Rayman on PS1, Rayman Origins on Wii/PS3/360, and Rayman Legends on WiiU.
