Obake is very easy and possibly doesn't qualify as just jumping on heads, but it is freeware so why not try it...

Are they shameless Sonic ripoffs? Yes.

Are the one-liners and puns funny? No.

Is Bubsy II way worse than Bubsy? Yes.

Are they still actually pretty solid platformers where you jump on your enemies heads? Yes.

Gameboy has Bonk's Adventure, Bonk's Revenge, and Duck Tales 1 & 2. All of which involve jumping on heads.

I'd argue against the "pretty solid platformer" thing

I think Cosmos Cosmic Adventure for the PC would be right up your alley. It works in dosbox. You can jump on heads to kill enemies, theres tons of secret stuff to collect, and it is comparable to Super Mario 3 graphics.

download is only 6 bucks, and the shareware episode is free, so give it a try and see what you think, if you like it its affordable. I also occationally see the CD version on ebay but it goes for a little more.
