Wait a minute.. Why am I talking in the third person?
You think you are in the Victorian era?

For me, the original Sonic the Hedgehog is the most consistent in quality and my personal favourite.
Green Hill Zone and Star Light Zone
Chemical Plant Zone and Casino Night Zone
Ice Cap Zone and Lava Reef Zone

Really? Green Hill zone and Star Light Zone are really good but
Marble Ruins Zone and Labyrinth Zone are a pain in the ass.
Pingfa wrote:Personally I like Marble Zone (really like the music) - on the other hand, Marble Garden from Sonic 3 is probably my least favourite level - but I agree Labyrinth can be somewhat of a pain; I so often die at the end of that level when chasing Robotnik.
If we're talking pain in the ass levels in the first game, though, Scrap Brain Zone is the way to go. =-p
Don't get me wrong, though, I like Sonic 3 & Knuckles - it's packed with more awesomeness than the previous games, but personally I'd also say it's more hit or miss than the previous games. I feel half of the game is awesome and half of the game is not so good.
So, to sum up: Sonic 3 & Knuckles is packed with more awesomeness than the previous games, but I feel the first game flows better as a whole.
