I knew someone who had one of these back in the 90s, but ever since keyboard encoders became massproduced, there is no reason for them.
I would buy one for wasz on the Apple][, for the random game that does not support the stick.

I'm surprised you didn't know about them since they've been around for ages. For the longest time, they were the best way to play Jill of the Jungle. If I ever get a 3D printer, I'm gonna print one of these for shits 'n' gigs.
