^That's what I know of them, big shipping costs and selling on ebay mainly when I'd bump into them or their general website. Had someone not told me they had retail stores I would never have noticed.

Well. Looks like Go Hastings has hit 40% off!

Their website has been shuttered. And it looks like all that's left is in the stores.

I've got friday off from work. So I think I'm going to drive out of town to Yuma and see whats up.

Have any of you guys/gals gone to your local store and see whats up?

lets talk about it some more!

Giving you an update on this!

Went to the store in Yuma AZ

and now they have up to 50% off now!

New videogames get 30% off, Used 40% off

Books, comics, graphic novels, and manga have 50% off

I didn't buy any games there today because I splurged out on books.

Pic for you!

With tax the things here cost me $51.00. A lot of these were sub $5.00 books that then got 50% off.

The store that I went to still has some okay stock. But other stores, who knows! Is there a Hastings store near you? Better go and take a quick peek in there, you may find something good!

I thought this was about Vancouver's skid-row druggie & asian gang street. There's a great comic shop and a chipped 2X speed Ms. Pacman cabinet down there...

Yeah. In the town I went to high school and college in, Hasting's was really the only store of its kind. Without them being there...Well, you can't go back, you know?

I'm thankful I have Half-Price Books nearby. They are always busy so I hope they stay around for a long time.
