I'd be in if that Mighty Switch Force was the Wii U version. Oh well, I'll keep an eye out, and I'm glad to see consoles getting in on the Humble Bundle action.

So I haven't pulled the trigger. How's the activation code work on eshop?

I only have a 3DS, would it be possible to give WiiU games to a friend or locked to an account somehow?

I love how restrictive Humble has become compared to their original bundles.

At first it was cross platform, DRM free only games.

Now we have single platforms with DRM that are restricted to one region.

Truth be told I am just annoyed I can't get in on it.

You should be able to give the codes away. It says they are for personal use, but there isn't anything stopping you from getting the code and giving to a friend.
